Using Weblate
Easy to use web interface aimed at focusing on translation itself. All committing of translations (and updating of source strings) is done on background. Especially useful for translation/editing only few strings at time (due your time capacity or for fixes and enhancement of in app spotted translations deficiencies, etc).
